RocPy Was Lively

Recently I attended a meetup dedicated to Python. A group of people so passionate about something, they go out of their way, on a regular basis, to meet together and discuss it. It’s beautiful to see people so happy about this. It’s even greater that the platform that allows these people to connect was created with the subject of the meeting–Python. It seems to be in a lot of things and quite versatile. I’m a PHP guy, but I’m excited to work with Python.

Most of what was discussed at the meetup was, quite frankly, over my head. They seemed like very useful concepts, but they were definitely advanced. I have a feeling the information will be useful when I’m knee-deep in Python, however.
